Rich & Strong Blend: A traditional Italian style espresso with a dark chocolate finish. Best enjoyed black, with milk it becomes mild bodied with milk chocolate characteristics. Aroma: Mixed spice, roasted almonds, brown sugar. Flavour: Milk chocolate, malt, earthy golden syrup. Roast: Dark.
Sharp & Full Bodied Blend: Definitely for the refined palate. Characterised by unique spicy and rich qualities as a black coffee, distinct dark chocolate and malt notes cut through milk.
Aroma: Dark chocolate, spice, malt, toast.
Flavour: Cooking chocolate, roasted nuts, malt.
Roast: Medium Dark.
Spicy & Complex Blend: Highly aromatic, a chocolate body is strong and balanced with Shiraz notes. Look for a buttery dark cocoa finish with a hint of star anise.
Aroma: Cinnamon, malt, berries, vanilla, cedar, maple. Flavour: Black pepper, orange citrus, dark chocolate, malt.
Roast: Medium Dark.
Bright & Rich Blend: The overall winner of the 2009-2010 Golden Bean Award. A focus on sweetness and balanced acidity finishes with incredible length on the palate. A truly complex, exceptional coffee.
Aroma: Peaches, milk chocolate, caramelised orange, hazelnuts praline, cherries. Flavour: Summer berries, chocolate honeycomb, toffee, caramelised orange acidity. Roast: Medium Dark.
Rich & Smooth
Blend: Best appreciated as a milk-based coffee, honey-caramel undertones are balanced with a hint of dark chocolate.
Aroma: Cardamom, caramelised sugar, sweet berries, treacle, marshmallow.
Flavour: Butterscotch, caramel, honey, caramelised orange.
Roast: Medium to Medium Dark.
Balanced & Smooth
Blend: Our most popular and widely used blend, expect sweet caramel and creamy butterscotch with a nutty finish. Perfect for all coffee-loving palates.
Aroma: Roasted chestnuts, hazelnut praline, honey, cherries, milk chocolate.
Flavour: Hazelnuts, peanut butter, butterscotch, caramel.
Roast: Medium.
Bright & Medium Bodied
Blend: Novello presents rich in the cup and is a favourite for its sharpness and distinct caramel finish.
Aroma: Cardamom, citrus, caramel, butterscotch, maple syrup, sweet berries, fairy floss, treacle.
Flavour: Milk chocolate, caramel, sweet berries, cardamom spice.
Roast: Medium.
Sweet & Light Bodied
Single Origin: The decaffeination process together with the roasting method gives this Grade A coffee a full flavoured, well balanced cup that is 99% caffeine free. Be sure to ask which origin is currently on offer.
Aroma: Typically caramel, sweet, citrus, syrupy. Will vary with origin.
Flavour: Typically sweet, caramel, amber/golden syrup. Will vary with origin.
Roast: Medium
Smooth & Sweet
Blend: Sweet and well-rounded with a subtle citrus acidity. Medium-bodied with berry notes and a milk chocolate finish.
Aroma: Caramelised sugar, fresh berries, caramel.
Flavour: Vanilla, berries, caramelised sugar.
Roast: Medium.
Mild & Sweet
Blend: Created by hand-picking only the ripest, sweetest coffee cherries, Dolci Sapori excels in milk. Look for a distinctive orange and passionfruit finish.
Aroma: Boiled candy, sugarcane, butterscotch, musk, vanilla, dandelions, marshmallow, maple syrup.
Flavour: Cherries, caramelised orange, vanilla bean, maple/golden syrup.
Roast: Light Medium.

Single Origin: This Grade A specialty coffee is grown and processed without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Be sure to ask which origin is currently on offer.

E = Espresso Whether you like your coffee weak or strong, with or without milk, Espresso Machines are perfect for designing a coffee specific to your own tastes. S = Stovetop Stovetops are a fabulous, cost-effective way to get an excellent espresso coffee at a fraction of the cost of home espresso machines. P = Plunger Plungers make excellent subtle black coffee that lets you taste the combination of flavours extracted by the slight pressure exerted as the coffee is plunged. F = Filtered Filtered coffee tends to bring out subtle nuances in a coffee by brewing through paper, cloth or wire mesh. Includes syphon, pourovers and drip filter methods.
