This, in turn, affords farmers the opportunity to implement positive changes for their workers, not just through respectful gainful employment, but also in the form of healthcare (including vaccination, pre-natal and dental care) and provide educational opportunities for their children, both financially (scholarship assistance) and, most importantly, the eradication of

child labour on coffee plantations.

Our direct trade philosophy strengthens our relationship with coffee growers throughout Central and South America and the Pacific and are of benefit to all concerned – ensuring Di Bella Coffee and our valued customers have access to premium-estate coffee for many years to come.

Our ‘Crop to Cup’ approach embraces traceability and provides a guarantee of a higher price direct to the farmer. Thus enabling a strong basis for sustainable farming and the finances to achieve a better quality of life on the farms.
