Di Bella Coffee will offer store credits or exchanges on coffee accessories where:

· The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought

· The product does not match the sample or description.

However, the goods must be returned within one month from purchase date, and be in its original packaging.  You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase.  You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. A credit may be offered at our discretion:
