As our valued customer, please be aware of the terms and conditions of our refund policy. 1) Di Bella Coffee will NOT provide product returns on any coffee making equipment including machines, grinders and brewing equipment: 2) Di Bella Coffee will offer store credits or exchanges on coffee accessories where: · The product is faulty or the product does not fit the purpose goods of that kind are commonly purchased for · The product does not match the sample or description. A credit or exchange will only be offered if the goods are returned within one month of the purchase date, and the goods are in its original packaging. You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that goods was are faulty. A credit will be offered at our discretion. With your receipt: We will offer you an exchange voucher or credit on coffee accessories if the item is in its original packaging. Without your receipt: Di Bella reserves the right not to offer an exchange or credit on coffee accessories without presentation of your receipt. Di Bella reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or credit. Based on these factors a repair, exchange or credit, may be refused. Your Statutory Warranty At Di Bella Coffee our aim is to always provide you with the ‘ultimate coffee experience…’ which includes offering a large range of quality coffee-making equipment. Once purchased, this equipment becomes solely the responsibility of the new owner.
Di Bella Coffee will honour the one year warranty attached to your equipment. Thus, if the goods you buy break down or develop a fault within one year of your purchase, we will arrange for them to be repaired. (This is provided that you did not cause the fault and/or use the product in a manner it was not intended).
* Di Bella Coffee’s chosen warranty repairer is Divisione Tecnica (Phone 07 3113 4006) * Di Bella Coffee will not be liable for any problems/breakdowns/breakages which occur outside of the one year warranty period or for general wear and tear. * If the machine is not in warranty, the owner may choose to take the machine to another repairer, aside from Divisione Tecnica we also recommend Espresso Mechanics. * Di Bella Coffee will not honour a repair or replace any items which: - have been broken due to the owner’s negligence - are not broken, or - are not within the warranty period. The owner of the goods voids their warranty if they take their machine to another repairer which is not the one chosen by Di Bella Coffee. NB: If the owner does not contact Di Bella Coffee in the first instance and it is concluded that there is nothing wrong with the machine, they will be liable for the diagnosis costs.
